Now today we are
starting with Part 1 of the challenge, which covers Day 1-7 and
it's all about what’s holding you back? I know
from personal experience that you can’t get what you want until you

And I know exactly
what this is like. I spent over 2 decades of my life feeling my
own inner world crumbling. I had a pivotal moment happen to me
several years ago between my husband and me that shook me to my
core. I go into detail about this in my new book coming out in

live a new life that was free of shame and full of everything I
