of the challenge, which covered what’s holding you back. And last
week we covered step 2, "what do you want", which
you can recap in Episode 251.
Today with step 3 we
are going in with an important key to getting what you want,
and that is creating boundaries.
Now this is probably
my personal favorite because of how transformational this step is
when we learn how to create new boundaries that keep us from
abandoning ourselves. We can’t get what we want if we abandon
ourselves, and boundaries are the solution.
